What did you ask most often?

The public participation included a number of activities aimed at raising awareness of the project and involving the public and all key actors in the area in planning the transformation of the site. The buildings will be two meters lower than the original plan

The buildings in Na Florenci Street will be two meters lower than the original plan.

After consultation with the city, public and civic associations, they will not exceed the current development. In most cases the new development is approximately 1.5 floors lower than the opposite building Florentinum. It is therefore at the same height as the historical development in the street Na Florenci.
The only exception is the tower located in the corner, which defines the newly created square at Masaryk Station and has the function of a local dominant.

People using bicycles on their way to work will not have to worry about where to park their bikes during the day. The new building in Masaryk will have at its disposal a fully equipped bike room, facilities with changing rooms and showers. Additional bicycle racks will also be added to public places in Na Florenci Street.

Greenary above the railway yard of the Masaryk Station.

The above-ground platform will be largely covered with lawn, bushes, trees and flowers. Thanks to SŽDC's project “Modernization and completion of railway station Praha Masarykovo nádraží”, there will be additional greenery that will help to improve the microclimate in the center of Prague. At the same time, the entire platform will collect rainwater and reuse it for watering.
